• Email address — used to send your score and, if purchased, your full report.
• Payment data — processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.

• To provide the service — running the check, generating your report, sending your results.
• Legitimate interest — sending occasional updates on AI visibility relevant to your business. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Free check data (email + business details + score) is retained for up to 12 months, then deleted.

Paid report data is retained for 12 months from the date of purchase to allow you to re-access your report.

We do not sell your data. We share it only with the following processors, strictly to operate the service:

• Vercel — hosting and serverless functions
• Upstash — data storage (KV database)
• Resend — email delivery
• Stripe — payment processing
• OpenAI / Google / Perplexity — AI queries (business name and category only — no personal data)

Under GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, email us at support@aipickme.com. We will respond within 30 days.

We use a single cookie to remember your language preference. No tracking cookies, no advertising cookies.

We may update this policy as the service evolves. Material changes will be noted at the top of this page with a revised date.
