What data we collect
Our guiding principle is to collect only what we need and that we will solely process this information to provide you with the service you signed up for.
- Business details — business name, category, city, country, website URL. Used to run your AI visibility check.
- Email address — used to send your score and, if purchased, your full report.
- Payment data — processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
Why we collect it
- To provide the service — running the check, generating your report, sending your results.
- Legitimate interest — sending occasional updates on AI visibility relevant to your business. You can unsubscribe at any time.
How long we keep it
Free check data (email + business details + score) is retained for up to 12 months, then deleted.
Paid report data is retained for 12 months from the date of purchase to allow you to re-access your report.
Who we share data with
We do not sell your data. We share it only with the following processors, strictly to operate the service:
